Manoir De Grandouer – Pays D’auge

This cider presents a nice coppery yellow, clear and shiny color that is intense and persistent. To the nose, it reveals the aromas of cooked fruit. There are also a few notes of barnyard and vegetable with dried herbs and leather. It is very fruity, with a feeling of softness, very full in the mouth and fine tannins. It presents a very slight bitterness. This cider has a good length in the mouth with a dominant enough soft taste. This cider can be tasted in the course of a meal, in accompaniment of a variety of dishes(poultry, beef, or seafood) or of soft specialty cheeses (Camembert from Normandy, Livarot).
