Tasting Notes

Appearance – Very slight haze, full golden color

Aroma – Butterscotch, spice, hay, and a hint of leather

Taste – Dried apple, honey, tangerine zest, fennel, slight bitter finish

Mouthfeel – Medium bodied, balanced layered tannins, slightly effervescent
