TO OL – Ms. Teal

A slightly sour, refreshingly salty Seaweed Gose brewed with no less than five different Iceland kelp variations. Ms Teal is sour-mashed and slightly funky from the fermentation with our special To Øl Instant Crush Brett, catalyzed by the kelp’s umami and a splash of sea salt. Deep like the ocean.
