Rippie is a barrel-aged, Brettanomyces finished farmhouse-ale featuring a grist of pilsner and pale malts, along with a pinch of rye and wheat, and hopped exclusively with Oregon-grown Cascade hops. After primary fermentation, Rippie spent a few seasons co-mingling in Hungarian oak barrel with various strains of Brettanomyces before undergoing an additional fermentation in the bottle.
