Freehand – Woods

“Woods” is a wild ale, consisting of a grist of pilsner and rye malts, hopped up in the kettle with local Cascade hops, then left to age with Brett in virgin oak barrels for six months. The resulting beer is a pleasingly dry, funky, oaky, amber-hued, session-able Brett beer — a genuine wild child of the brewery.
