Staves is a saison style ale, comprised of a grist of pale and pilsner malts, flaked oats and barley, and heavily hopped with a trio of classic hops from the Willamette valley. Aged in French oak with a cohort of Brettanomyces yeasts, staves is ready to be had now or cellared for increased depth and complexity.
