Dragon’s Head – Sparkling Perry

A 100% pear beverage, hand crafted with care in the traditional méthode champenoise. Using fruit harvested in 2016, this perry was bottled for secondary fermentation in June 2018, and then disgorged in January 2019, more than two years after the fruit was harvested. Delicate and refined, Sparkling Perry is perfect for a celebration.
