A “wine-adjacent” beverage, piquette is made from rehydrating the pomace (skins, stems, and seeds) from freshly-pressed grapes, then allowed to ferment into a light, fizzy, lower-alcohol (7% abv) pre-made spritzer-type thing. Kinda like hot dogs, you take what would have been relatively unusable leftover scraps and make it into something undeniably delicious and fun. FIDBNPFPFLP is made from the pressings of our signature, all-carbonic Do Nothing.
This product is unfiltered, unfined, no sulfur added, and most importantly — NOT DISGORGED. That means it desperately wants to explode out of the bottle and ruin your day and/or your rug. For maximum success and happiness, chill it hard until icy cold (from fridge temp, put in freezer for 20 minutes; or, from room temp, up to 1 hour), have a glass at the ready, and open carefully and pour quickly.
