A delicate cider full of the taste and fragrance of wild, handpicked elderflowers. The cidery collects the perfumed flowers and steeps them in water overnight. The infusion is strained, lightly sweetened and blended with a soft cider made from tree ripened heritage apples, including Cox’s Orange Pippin, Kingston Black, and Sweet Alford, and a slow, cool fermentation with at least six months maturation. Medium-dry. Floral and delicate, this is a fragrant, vibrant cider, perfect for summer drinking.
