Outcross is our experimental collaboration series with the world’s top innovators. Each release is designed around three emerging hops. We use our custom 3-vessel Experimentor to brew identical beers except for the experimental dry hop.

This Outcross release was brewer with experimental hops from Hopsteiner, purveyors of fine hops for six generations. Working with scientist & hop breeder Nicholi Pitra, we brewed with three promising experimental hop varieties that you’re not going to get to try anywhere else.
