Aaron Burr – Mamakating Hollow

Lower in carbonation, relatively clean and clear. Medium-light gold color, and hazy. Nose is Autumnal. Maybe a little farmy. But otherwise clean. Lower acid than previous years but the blueberry note is back. It’s more of a bittersweet toward the end. The final note is decidedly tannin.
