Cold Hand Winery – Pommus

Dry sparkling apple wine made on Danish apples of the varieties Elstar, Jonagold and Ingrid Marie. Bottle fermented according to the traditional method.

The wine is dry with a good acidity, lovely apple notes and a pleasant aftertaste with nice bitterness from the apple kernels.
