Off-dry, naturally sparkling apple cider. This special cuvée is a careful selection of only the best fruit from the rare Tobiässler, the Boskoop and the Bohnapfel. The fruit comes from old high-branched trees in Egnach, Thurgovie in the most northeastern corner of Switzerland.
