Runcible – Crab Nebula

A blend of 3 varieties of cider crabapples: John Downie, Virginia Hewes and Dolgo. To that were added Newtown Pippins and several other heritage apples and fermented to dry. Crab apples are sweet bombs with high acidity, and the high skin to flesh ratio provides good tannins, structure, and refreshment.
