The root of this cider comes from an unknown number of unknown varieties of community-sourced apples, blended with additional heirloom apples and crabapples. The flavor is true to a farmhouse-style cider – a little sour, and filled out with complex tannins.
ORWA Cider Collective crafts small-bath, dry ciders at their nano-cidery in Milwaukie, Oregon. Each of their creations is unique, with flavors determined by the season, character of the fruit, fermentation and maturation. With no artificial flavors, unfiltered, unpasteurized and naturally gluten-free, they allow the fruit to speak for itself.
